Do your repairs come with any sort of warranty?

Of course. Depending on the type of repair, this could range from 3-12 months.

Does you warranty cover speakers and valves?

Unfortunatley there is a limited warranty on drivers and valves. This would depend on the unit in question.

Can I drop my unit off at your premises?

You are welcomed to drop off your unit, but please make sure you have recieved a job sheet by email first. This will need signing and bought in with the unit. It might be worth giving us a call first to make sure one of us is around.

Can you collect and deliver my unit?

We have an account with UPS and can organise collection and delivery of your unit at a very competitive price. Please make sure the unit is adequately packaged.

How much will it cost to collect my unit?

We have a fixed price of £18 +VAT which includes insurance, upto a package weight of 30Kg. It may be best to email us the package dimensions first to make sure it’s not liable for a large package surcharge.
